Where to find single serving items & condiment packs?
For almost every type of single serving condiment, check out Minimus. They carry the hard to find packets of olive oil and nearly any single serving item you could desire.

Ask for packets whenever you eat out. Most fast food places will give them to you if you ask nicely. I organize my packets in sandwich bags by type of condiment. Try to rotate your stock, and for items like mayo and dressings, use them up in couple months or toss them.
