On Monday I did a cooking presentation for the Kitsap Mountaineers here in Washington. Dicentra and I both put on shows about different kinds of trail cooking. Lots of food was sampled and the evening went quickly.I love making gorp even if I cannot eat it right now due to my braces. The one I whipped up for Monday was very easy. The guys there dubbed it the "Elk Poop & Berry Gorp". Elk Poop & Berry Gorp:2 8-11 ounce bags chocolate covered cashews1 8 ounce bag mixed dried berries (wild blueberries, cranberries and raisins in mine)Mix up and eat! Yes, that was so hard ;-)~Sarah
